We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As our customer service representative, you will be creating a warm, welcoming environment when helping our customers. Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in 10-key and computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Exquisite written and verbal communication skills

 

Job Description:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Accurate and safe handling of routine bank transactions
  • Assisting customers with financial transactions such as cashing checks, depositing money, counting/rolling change, and collecting loan payments.
  • Verifying customer identity, safely and securely
  • Generating certified checks and money orders.
  • Handling withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and other financial activities
  • Issuing wires and ACH transactions
  • Willing to learn to open several types of consumer and business accounts and explain what information is needed to do so.
  • Must be willing to work Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm
