We put people first
The relationship with our customers and employees are our most valuable assets. We will strive to always take care of each other and to operate our business so that we maintain our culture of appreciation, respect, and transparency.
We elevate people
This goes to the heart and true purpose of Elevate Bank. Our company serves as a platform to help our team members grow, achieve their personal goals, and positively impact the lives of others through all interactions. We are committed to enriching the lives of everyone we interact with.
We do the right thing every time
As we conduct our business, we will operate with the highest level of integrity and humility. We communicate honestly, clearly and maintain a sense of humanity in our company. We treat people with respect even when we disagree.
We take ownership of every situation
Every individual shall take ownership, be accountable, and take responsibility while avoiding blame, excuses, and denial. We will always strive to admit, learn and grow from failure and mistakes.
We care and give back
We are stewards of the future. With that we believe we have an obligation to give back to the community through charitable efforts and, as a token of our appreciation to those who have helped us succeed, we pay it forward.

Our History
Since 1874, Elevate Bank has provided stability, direction, and financial growth to the communities it serves. Together with this community, we have withstood many challenges and have celebrated many successes.
Our love and dedication to our community truly sets us apart from other banks. We want our community to succeed, and in order to ensure that, we strive for success ourselves. This is why in 2017, we opened our Pawhuska branch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. It was our hope then, and it still is our hope now, that the same values that have kept us in business for 150 years in Sedan will allow us to serve Pawhuska and help that community as well.
Our bank is taking bold steps forward to modernize itself so that it will be able to serve both Sedan and Pawhuska and other communities for the next 150 years.
